Overview

In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 7 days.

Refunds

If order is cancelled before processing of order, you will get refund within 3-5 Working Days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@deviestore.com, So we could arrange pickup and replace the same.

Cancellation & Shipping returns

Cancellation isn’t possible once ordered has been processed, usually 1-48 hours from purchase time, Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

We (DeviEstore) holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfill the order.

In case customer doesn’t accept/refuse the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount.

Please Note: In case of cancellation from customer, we will deduct 3% of total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable to us.
